NZ allows dual or multi citizenship so wont force you to renounce any citizenship.
If the citizenships you hold have a rule that you cant also be a citizen of NZ then you'll have to renounce that...

We emptied the house a month before we migrated and shipped it all to NZ.
We then moved in to a furnished holiday rental for 2 weeks and spent a week doing the house up prior to it being rented out....
