They will tell you at the interview if they are going to recommend you for approval or not. My approval appeared in the online system later that same day.

Atlanta, GA. Applied in January 2018, Biometrics in February. Apparently they are still 'Actively' working on my case with an estimated completion time of July 2019. That would be 17 month in total...

So we applied yesterday and are now $1,450 lighter :(

Online system is showing an estimated case completion of April 2019. And an estimated review time of 31 days.

15 months seems a long time...

When I say 6 months, I mean that is the current TSC processing time for I140's.

I emailed the lawyer today - let's see what he says...

Looks like TSC has updated their Processing Time Information and they are processing I-140's received as of 9/27/2012. Last update that they had before that put the I-140's at 4 months.
