Re: N400 Interview next week - questions

Re: House in London, House in Texas ?

Re: N400 Interview next week - questions

For US citizenship maybe, for others, acquiring a new citizenship can cause you to lose your existing one, e.g. India, or in my case Germany (which meant I had to get a time limited approval called...

Re: N400 Interview next week - questions

Re: Have an 02 but want a H1B - how likely?

The OP says they are already living in the US, so depending on how long they have been here they may not qualify for an L1’s criteria:

”Generally have been working for a qualifying organization...

Re: Too late for Citizenship?

That is not actually the case. The OP said she had been a PR for 7 years, so she would have had the option to file under the 3 year or 5 year option. I had been a PR for about 7 years, and married...

Re: Advice on how to find sponsorship

Speaking from personal experience this is totally doable. But it’s unlikely to be fast, think of it as maybe a 10+ year plan depending how far along the journey you are already it may be faster or...
