well, it's been a while (5 weeks ackshully) - we're home!

flights from Akl to Man were fine, though frankly, I'm never EVER undertaking such a thing with a 3 year old and an 11 week old again...

we're transitting through Changi on our way home in a few weeks… previously we've either been there long enough to book into a transit hotel, or short enough not to leave the gate whilst they clean...

things are definitely going to be tough for us, but then they've been tough here too… we reckon it'll take us maybe 5 years to get back to the position we were in before we left the uk last year…....

well, Mums flight looks like it should be ok for this sunday, which is ace… my brother however, is still stuck in Japan… they cancelled his flight for tomorrow, and couldn't rebook him until 5th...

oo… am new round these parts-normally hang out in nz, but not for much longer!!

due to fly back via changi on 14th may, but beginning to worry the ash cloud might mean we have to stay here longer...
