Yes that would help, indicate the make and model of each router/access point. Perhaps you have more than one acting as a DHCP server.

What's the make/model if the router? You could always use OpenWRT instead of the stock firmware, in my experience everything runs faster and more reliable than anything the manufacturer ships.

I would suggest not even trying on a mobile. The site is terrible. They've used hover overs in order to indicate what the buttons do which you just can't see on a mobile device. Chrome on a PC/Mac...
