I do my own ham, bacon and smoked fish ( just me and family quantities ) What I have found very popular is chicken ham. cure, smoke then boil, really good.

I have no idea, but my missus used to try and get me to sit in the front of Jeepneys, I declined saying I would rather sit in the back so if we hit anything there would be plenty of bodies to cushion...
