Yes i did. I kept the 2nd one, will use it the next time they cock it all up again.But i did phone the International Pension centre to make sure they received the one i sent to them.

I phoned the International Pension Centre today to check my Life Form had been processed, it had, so all is good. The person i spoke to said that the problem was with the Canadian postal service....

Dont open your sunroof in the winter and when you open it for the first time in the spring make sure temp is above freezing and all will be ok.

In my opinion thats $20 well spent. You can track your letter until it leaves Canada then when it gets scanned into the UK postal system you can track it right up to delivery on the Royal Mail web...

The phone number for the International Pension Centre +44 191 218 7777 is NOT toll free. they are open 8am to 6pm UK time. My time on hold for the two calls to them this week was aprox 30mins both...
