I think that's what he will have to do.
My other son had his secondary school results and that was enough for him to gain his citizenship.

We have a Scotiabank American Express card which gives us 4 points per $ on Gas, Groceries and entertainment.
We try and use the Sobeys Fast Fuel which gives us 4 times the points, money off coupons...

Did they change that then?
When we came over (admittedly it was 10 years ago) you could apply immediately but you weren't covered for the first three months.
I hope they have as it was a bit silly....
