Report it, you have to return your PR card after your Citzenship exam , during the interview. they will ask for it, so report it and get a replacement beofre you sit the exam.

Tough question, we moved with no jobs, and believe me you need to budget everything , as we got in to trouble, money wise....

If your OH is a teacher , then he will be waiting months used to...

Arrived in August 2008, have a mortgage and a credit card bank accounts etc NEVER paid a bill late ....... however spent the first year renting and the last 18 months in my house.
