When we left Ireland in December I let the tax office know and they sent me out a form (cannot remember the name). I sent this back with either my P60 or my P45 and I got nearly E2000 back.

Greatings all. Were (me, wife and 8 year old son) are from Galway. Arrived in Melbourne in December s*iting ourselves wondering if we made the right decision. My god that now seems a long time ago....

No it's not in Frankston. It's a suburb next to Frankston without all the trouble Frankston has.

Sorry :ohmy: Due to my short time in Oz I had mistaken "bayside" to be anywhere near the coast. A quick google search corrected me. Were in Langwarrin.

We have a brand new 4 bedroom house, 10 mins from beach for $360 per week. And were in the Bayside "area".

Me 33, Wife 31 and 8 year old son. Arrived in Australia Dec 15th and moved to Langwarrin about 3 weeks ago.

You probably know as much about Langwarrin as we do. Karingal shopping centre is good...

We flew Singapore. Would recommend them. They were very good. We too got 40KG (4 weeks ago). Flights have to be one way on an unactivated visa.

Went with these in the end due to the accidental damage coverage and cover for items outside the home.
