It is my understanding that you need to be a UK resident to open a UK account. This makes life very difficult if you want to move banks.

Yes, I had to setup the app from scratch on my US phone. I think I did still need a UK google account in order to download the app. It took about 10 minutes working with customer service to set it...

I can confirm that you can use the HSBC app without a UK number. It does require a phone call to customer service, but it works. Barclaycard and nationwide only support UK numbers as far as I know

We don't do deliveries, but do the click and collect. Sometimes we get one item per bag. I have no idea why, all I can assume if that different people are doing different items. It is very annoying....

A Cadillac STS might be more suitable than an Escalade., a 4 yo Escalade will set you back about $40k , which is about the same as an Audi A8, still considerably less than a Shelby
