So...........if one is over 65 y/o, and NOT an EU citizen ( because UK will have left finally ) and one can show a reasonable assured income, do those factors of themselves more or less qualify...

All the gubbins about S1 above just seems to me to confirm that the only way to have a RIGHT to regular NHS care in the UK ( as opposed to emergency needed care on visiting ) would be to remain...
