well.i live in a a built up area,10 mins from city centre,11 years,our 11 houses still waiting for a line,end of the street has phoneline,box is full apparently,after having 5 non landline internet...

get a lawyer,you probably wont sell a lease atm anyway,unless you give it away,in that case dont get a lawyer,harsh but true,if you can get a buyer,advertise anyway,offer your co owner a small amount...

Well in my xp,after running a bar in spain 7 years and wife working in the trade here 14 years,the worst customers you get are the ex pats that sit down, and the first thing they say when ordering...

A lot of bar owners dont give contracts,they should and if you get one it will likely be for less than the hours you work,a contract gives you access to the health system,you would need an nie number...

This is one of my main gripes,there are to many employers getting away with it,its not the employees fault,a job is a job,too many here miss that point

I really have to clarify as well,my wife is in no way trying to avoid paying tax and social security,certainly the latter would help with heathcare etc but getting a contract from an employer is hard...

yep sounds like a german cockroach,they are small,when i had a bar the wooden part of it became infested,they came in via cardboard boxes of water or beer,very hard to get rid of,tried 2 spanish...
