Highly doubt it, just look at their level of English.

People love to moan about having to wait 6 months, but if you were applying for a spouse visa for the US you would be looking at a 12 month...

I think you are confused - if you get married in Taiwan then she will be applying for a spouse visa in Taiwan, that will take more than a couple of weeks to process.

She cannot apply for a spouse...

Yes you can apply under Cat B as long as in the 12 months prior to the date of application (not 12 months prior to him leaving the job) he earned over the required amount, and also the new job offer...
