They have our stuff stored (for the past 4 years) and we have ordered delivery now.

My OH started out with a really crappy job with crappy money. He did that so that we could make a start here.

nearest neighbors = 1km
nearest shop = 5 minutes drive
nearest pharmacy, grocery store, bank, pizza, and booze shop = 10 minutes
nearest canadian tire, walmart etc...

I hope it doesn't take 23 months to process! typical NS PNP (Skilled worker) applications take 12 months.
