We wondered about going into a spot of property developing instead of falling into the same jobs we do now. What is this sort of thing like in NZ at the moment, are houses selling at all?

We have a 10 month old tri cav but won't be out there for another two years, hope yours is ok with the travelling, thats the bit i'm dreading the most as although he's used to sleeping in a crate...

We are in Laxey and are looking to move to NZ in around two years time. I sometimes wonder if we're mad moving away from sleepy IOM how have you found NZ?

I think we'll definately be going down the central heating route i hate being cold. How much does it cost? Maybe we'll just buy a small house, there are only 3 of us and a dog so we don't need loads...

why don't people put in central heating when they buy there own house,is it really expensive to put in and run in NZ? We pay about £80 a month for Gas and £60 a month for electricity in UK is it...

Applying for residency while in NZ
