It would at least rule that out. Over the last 11 years of ownership we've probably only been about 25 weeks all told. Think we suffer from lack of use. Something usually stops...

While I was trying to find out what it was I had everything off. Also when the washing machine tripped it it had been on and washing for over an hour with no issue so don't think it's an overload. ...

Couldn't say for certain how big but usually plenty about at the sunday market, we have a holiday home in Daya Nueva so frequent the market when we can more for the coffee and people...

We still have a few houses in our block that never sold, 5 years ago I guess the bank owns them now as the builder is long gone. I'd be happy to see 1.40 again make the mortgage a bit cheaper.
