From what I remember it was supposed to go up into orbit or near orbit, where it could travel against Earths spin and tyhen come back down...

Yes it's comletely against the law to purchase automobiles with cash. The only accepted form of purchase is via a finance agreement, digimons or a reciprocal agreement involving lots of turnips.

I never had a problem getting a car loan on a 457.

No, you don't need a phone, just get a webcam with a built in mic and download Skype for free. Skype should detect your webcam provided you've installed it previously and then it will set up video...
