Re: K-1 Fiance Selective Service?

See, that's one of the things I never understood about the K-1 being an non-immigrant visa, since the intention is obviously to become one (what's the point of having a visa that changes the bearer's...

I've been reading about the selective service hurdle as it relates to the citizenship application of a former K-1 fiance.

Here is my situation.

Arrived May 2003 on a K-1. I was 25 years old...

Re: EAD Rant.. this is insane...

Congratulations! :)

Didn't see this post when I replied... The fact that you have an EAD appointment probably means that you've already been approved! That's what happened to me - all I had to...

Re: EAD Rant.. this is insane...

On the I-864,...

Re: OT: "Read Me: FAQ, Filing and interview Experiences, and More"

Hi Rete,

I did try the old link - I was updating my own site the other night to change all of my own outdated links (such as immigration.gov - why couldn't they have just kept that, then it...

OT: "Read Me: FAQ, Filing and interview Experiences, and More"

Rete, or other moderators:

Just a note (that you probably already know) that Steve has moved the K FAQ to http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1faq.htm, but the link in your ReadMe still points to the...
