Yes, we have looked into these options, but none of us is of Irish descent, and my partner just missed the IEC age limit, he is 31 now.

His IELTS scores are 9/9/9/9
Mine: 9/9/8.5/7.5 even if I re-sit my exam and get a 9/9/9/9 not sure it would increase my scores significantly.
