We don't live there full time, but try to get over every couple of months,

We first visited Moraira about 25 years ago, bought a plot of land some 14 years ago and the rest is history.

Thanks Fred, we have had the alarm now for approx. 12 years, they want to charge 500 for monitored response, I feel that is a lot, maybe I am wrong.
Is it worth having the response? what do others...

The problem is that my excess insurance cover policy, states that the car hire insurance must be filly comprehensive, so if we have to pay there higher rate then no point in taking out the excess...
