May be where you are. My recent experience in Munich was different. Mask in shops, entering a restaurant, mask at bus/train stop. Best to wear a mask where people move about. Nobody keeps sufficient...

Glad it worked for you. My husband rang them from Austria all seemed to be clear.
2 weeks later he got the paper form reminding him to complete the form. He got it signed by our physio.

You are lucky in Spain. Very few EU countries are as welcoming as Spain. In many countries there is still no info on how to go about the process.

Just want to comment on your ref. to international law and citizens....
Law or not, at present countries do lock citizens out unless they have a registered residential address. Talk from experience.

But you are not living in Austria. Transition period ends 31 Dec 2020. Thereafter rules change.

My understanding is that you won't be covered by the WA when you move after 31 Jan 2020 which has passed. No S1 or pension increase. Look up UK in Austria on Brit. Embassy Vienna website. Or BMI...
