Re: Homesick in Wisconsin

Is moving to the U.K. with your husband not an option? If you feel like this now, how are you going to feel when your kids returns home?

Re: Last Night’s Golden Globe Awards

They’d have him do it every year if he would agree to it. High ratings and loads of publicity.

Re: Let's talk about cars

It simply boils down to drivers over here don’t give a flying s*** about anyone else. No indication, sitting in the outside lane without a care in the world........ I used to love driving. I now hate...

Re: Home Ownership Is Mayhem

The only things I would be concerned about with a new build is a HOA, which you already it doesn’t have (that would be a deal breaker for me, even if it was my dream house) and the plot size. We have...

Re: Planespotting II

I love spotting aircraft as they are flying in the opposite direction. It really gives a sense of speed as you rocket past each other. It’s also cool to spot other aircraft in the stack at heathrow.

Re: Let's talk about cars

When I worked for NHTSA they had a 1 to 5 scale for autonomous cars with 5 being full autonomy. A year ago, we were at 2. I would suspect we are still at that number, a fair fair way from truly...

Re: Planespotting II

There are strict rules regarding air shows. The aircraft are not allowed to display directly over the crowd areas. I think the rules back home have become even stricter since the Shorham accident....
