I found that with UPS, it is cheaper to send boxes in a batch rather than individually, there might be an optimum size/weight too but I haven't looked into that.

Thanks for the quick reply - also the point about UK Gov pensions being declared and taxed in Canada too as I have seen posts that state a UK Gov pension will be taxed in the UK.
