Something I didnt think about initially but have recently done, if you have a mortgage, instead of putting savings in a savings account, consider an offset account where the money in your account...

I think I paid around 2k, and yep, I probably did do most of the work myself but they did tell me exactly what to do and came back to me a couple of times to cross mt t's and dot my i's so to speak....

Great link Ned! Yep, mine was a 0870 number, not a 0845 number. Its stupid that they are so expensive as they are just mapped numbers. Where ever I moved with work I would just get the 0870 number...
