No I am on single rate for sure.
Yes you have to be quick to record the 3 readings.
With EDP you must goive your own readings between 14th to 18th of the month. SO you record the 3 readings online,...

Most of Silves gets good 4G reception, on MEO....I am there every week and pretty quick when I have done speedtests (ie over 40mb dl).

Looked at that site.......seems to me that anyone not living in the UK, will be covered by either a UK EHIC (if a holder of an S1 form) or a Portuguese EHIC if not covered by an S1 form.

But surely if you are a UK passport holder but permanently resident in say Portugal, you should have an EHIC from Portugal not the UK. So Portugal...
