You are correct, but the prices on houses have dropped the last 9 months. Houses in CA, NV and AZ are low. Now is a good time to buy.
Not sure what you can afford, but in those areas mentioned...

I will try not to be insulted by that comment, but actually my accountant suggests we use a lawyer as our company can pay the bill. Considering I am doing this for the company, it will be a write off...
