Seems to me that they're trying to be better, as I say they are damned good neighbours to Syria considering that they're still in a state of war with them.

I think it's brilliant, all we seem to get is what dirtbags they are to their neighbours. This shows infinitely more kindness to Syrian refugees than Saudi ever has, good on them.

If it's EU law, then wouldn't the EU have to sort it out? Not sure it would ease any tensions, perhaps that would be taken into account.
