My understanding is that those are two separate applications i.e., if you renew onshore and then exit U.S., then you have to reapply for visa...it isn't classified as "stamping". Perhaps thats what...

+1 I did renewals in Vancouver...and 2x new E3s, including my first, in Sydney.

It may be expensive to travel all the way back there but dang it, for the piece of mind...worth it. We have family...

Been in US for 5+ years with employer A.
Changed employers and went to Sydney for Visa

1.8 AM appointment (arrived at 740 AM). ...

At least accordingly to the attorneys from the new employer. They said me getting a new E3 does not impact her stays E3D. So she does not need to go with me to the consulate overseas

This has been tabled and although the initial expectation was this rule will be decided upon in 2015, it had...

My wife and I are on E3 and E3D visas. Our i94s are valid into Q1 2017....

Very difficult to to generalize. I was one of those lucky ones I think.

Came here for a 5 week vacation. Never applied for a job, never spoke to anyone...when I arrived, I met up with a linkedin...

Some of my experience

1. Wife travelled out of the US alone in 2011 April (first E3D issued May 2010 & LCA valid until 2012 May). Entered back in 3 weeks and got 2 years fresh I 94 (i.e. May 2013)...

We used something more broader - half a container size full. OSS was the agent.

If it isn't too much stuff to move, just check how much the airline charges extra per bag?

You have to fill out DS160 before you can get an appointment
DS 160 asks for LCA confirmation number. Obviously you can't provide 2
