So we see a progress from 8th June (Friday) to 11th June (Monday). At least slightly moving again to see it positive. Still long way to go until end of August.

The official status email only reflects the very last person in the queue waiting. That's why they say if you are behind that date and haven't got any news for two weeks, you should contact them. In...

I'm not the DIAC and can not really answer. But as you got the pre-grant letter already it is likely that visa will come out within next days / weeks as you can see from other posts here.

If you have applied after 1st September, there is the light. We can see many visas issued already for September to December applicants. DIAC confirmed that they are working on these visas in parallel...
