Should clarify that benefits will still be available to young people 16+ but that these 'active labour market' conditions will apply. Just hope they get the support & guidance structure into place to...

Re: education until 18 in the UK. As I understand it staying until 18 will not be compulsory - the only option that will be closed to young people is doing nothing post 16 and relying on state...
