You dont have to be in the country. They have our Italian address and the two children that have been born here have a Childs Trust Fund too. All above board.

TR - I can't remember where I read it, but I think you said that your OH pays UK tax and NI. If that is the case then you should also be able to get child benefit - we do.

Whenever I go to ASL to register with a doctor (they make me go every year to make sure we are still here) they seem really keen to know where we pay our taxes. Just because you are able to register...
