Do you know, this "cartella clinica" is a real revelation. I have got about 70 photocopied pages here with everything from pronto soccorso to admission papers to copies of my ECG, radiologist report...

I decided that I wanted a copy of my hospital file from last year, so I ordered it and paid for it.

So I showered and dressed in leggings, a cotton vest and top, removed jewellery, made sure I didn't have so much as a hair pin on me and took myself off to the hospital this morning for my cardiac...

On Friday it rained all day. The market was a washout and football club was cancelled.
Saturday a bit better.
Today is lovely, only ruined by an eejit of a neighbour. (See "Moans and Groans thread)

Never had one before, but I have read that it does lots of buzzing and other noises.
Not allowed to eat for 6 hours before it. Good thing my appointment is at 10am.

I had 2 small glasses of Prosecco at home on Saturday with OH and friends.

Nobody in that hospital said anything about being on a diet or having liver problems. I'm also drinking loads of water...

Plenty of family members are expected to do a hell of a lot here as well, but I've never seen or heard of patients wandering the streets in jim jams going home for lunch. That's despicable.

Not Vicenza 37100 but the big, brand new hospital in Santorso which caused much controversy when it was in the planning and building stages and basically shut down both Thiene and Schio hospital.

Duffer,
when I got up tp UCIC from pronto soccorso I was told I was on the "dieta leggera".
I did tell them that I was hungry and there was nothing wrong with my stomach. It doesn't matter....

There were women staff there as well. I just seemed to keep getting the blokes more than the women.

My FIL rudely said that they probably wanted to check out an English fanny :eek:
