Not sure about Mexico but I am sure it would be fine, I had a great experience getting my first E3 in Nassau Bahamas. Very quick turnaround - exactly like the Calgary experiences that I have read...

Does one really need a lawyer to submit it?

One more question, any chance you know how one finds out what the occupational code is for your employment.

It is in the D section of the ETA 9035 (LCA)...
