Is it possible that he overstayed? I mean, I really don't know much about Immigration laws (clearly lol) but can't you only stay for 3 months in a year? Or is that just 3 at a time? Just curious.

I just wanted to tell you I am so unbelievably sorry this happened to you. I was detained and denied entry into the UK in 2008. I was naive and didn't realize the extent of things I should've done...
