I can believe it. Im sensitive to noise and what you are describing is how I feel about NZ;s boy racer cars. After a while , the noise becomes stressful to a degree you cant imagine. And I have...

Surely either you are being too sensitive, or there must be others around who feel the same? Do all other neighbours think the noise is "acceptable"?

I dunno. It sound like the only thing these people will understand is a dose of their own medicine. If I was being disturbed that much and that often, then I would certainly put my amps outside these...

Unfortunately, thats the sort of pro-active 'policing' that is necessary these days. It sounds good, should be more widespread.

Absolutely. The hobby of the average kiwi seems to be making their car as loud as possible, letting alone holding races outside your house at night.

My current rental is the first place in NZ where we havent had major aggro from selfish neighbours. Drums, cars, bikes, stereo bass, loud parties , u name it this place is full of them.
