Or maybe she's being very sensible to be cautious, wages verses cost of living here are def out of sinc. The last four or five years here have seen the cost of just everyday living ie basic...

Im in the Garden City :cool: ... actually we're on the outskirts, we're renting in Rangiora and have bought land even further away now to build our own home.
