Have looked on Trademe & there are 5 rentals between $290 & $440 in Gulf Harbour, only 2 are furnished though. HTH

My OH works in the CBD on Shortland Street (not the TV programme!) & we live in Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparaoa peninsula. Somedays he drives in & other days he takes the ferry down from Gulf...
