Yes, but isnt that the same as in most provinces....except for Quebec...lucky so and so's! We have the government contolled LCBO and beer store in Ontario...but prices are a hell of a lot cheaper...

This is something really don't understand.... I was in St Johns in December for a few days, and I was shocked at the prices of alcohol in general....not just beer. Alcohol is expensive in Canada...
