Again to be fair that decrease has been much worse as well and was predicted to be worse than it is. Even the good times we get fluctuations in currency given that we stayed out of the Euro.

To be fair i don't see the uk shifting from home ownership to rental and Spain allegedly following a positive.

To be honest the fall in the pound will help sellers returning to UK as they will get more pounds now than say 18 months ago. But then exchange rates change for a variety of reasons Brexit...

Yes sort of confirms what I put, however like everywhere with property and prices there will be a variety of regional differences. Hence why I referred to the area we are.

I would think you did probably buy at or near the bottom so will have done far better than likes of me who unfortunately bought in 2007. Certainly where we are although properties seem to have...
