We've been here about 6 months (Perth) and I've found that, on the whole, they love the Irish (North or South). They're not so fussed about the English for some reason. :sneaky: All I would say is...

We've been keeping our heads down as, like most people, we've been getting pissed off with the waiting, lack of info etc...... We ended up calling ASPC in Adelaide a couple of weeks ago to check on...

Can't help with the driving questions but as for renting for 6 months,I believe all you need to do is be working for between 3-6 months to be able to get a mortgage. Usual thing of being able to show...
