Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I was planning to take my application in to London as I lived fairly locally but phoned them first to check it was ok. They advised me that there are frequently long queues there and the office is...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

Hello again!

I was worrying about the phone call aspect too - I have a pay as you go phone so didn't get statements with the numbers called, the best I could do was print regularly from the call...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I had my medical done in November and submitted the application in February - so I don't think you can submit it too soon as such - the only thing we have to bear in mind is that the medical is valid...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I don't know what it means, usually the medicals are just processed in London so not sure why Sydney are replying. Good thing is though that you now know they have "processed" the medical - I'd...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

My understanding of the form is that the question only relates to YOUR health and not that of your fiancee, as you are the applicant, she is the sponsor. The "anyone else included in the...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I don't think it matters all that much really from what I have read from other posters. I know of at least a couple of people who had virtually nothing in savings and their visas were approved. ...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

Yes, you are right, just passports, birth certs and marriage certs in your case as no divorces etc..... You don't need to get your personal statements certified - we didn't.

Good luck with...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I haven't looked at the new form - taking time off from forms, before I start again after the wedding! But the chances are its only a very little change and so you should be able to copy most of...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I'm pretty sure from having read the forums for some while now that this sort of thing is highly unlikely to be a problem. You might want to get a letter from your GP in advance of the medical...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

Yes that's right. As you and your son both have citizenship already neither of you need a medical. I know what you mean about budgeting - all these things soon add up and you need to know...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I think in this context it stands for "Other Half". Its not a silly question if you don't know the answer - I was puzzled by "DD" for ages on another forum and had to ask in the end, turns out...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

are you sure you need to get all the documents certified? We only had to get birth certificates, divorce decree, passport - I think that was it. Was charged about 10 pounds I think. The rest...

Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!

I agree with jutang - either call the London office - or put what she said! I found several parts of the forms that I couldn't necessarily see that I could answer the question as they phrased...
