You should fill in the form 80, just in case. They can be fussy about little things and it could save time in the long run.

Debit card is fine, I paid by Maestro and got my visa last month! They usually take the money within a few days. Just write the details in the space provided. Think it might not say...

Did you pay by credit/debit card? if so the money will come out on monday but you probably wont hear from them for a week or two. Our CO contacted us two weeks after receiving application for more...
