Im sure ours had to be signed off by the case officers manager too Tina, we were lucky ours was done the same day, so all should be ok for you i would of thought so :fingerscrossed:

Hi Tina we had a email from our C/O with approved in principal, the same day hubby`s medical was passed, hopefully you won`t have to wait too long, but you will also get it in writing too!!...
