I got my temp spouse visa approved by email on 20th Feb, posted my passport for the visa label down to Aus house by special post on Monday 24th Feb and received my passport back...

Thank you!! Hopefully it's right after waiting nearly 40 days... I popped into the police station i got the form from and they said they gave me the correct form for checks for visa applications so...
