Not planning on coming back, no. Does that mean that 3 people got rubbish tax bills? :S

On a side note, it took 3 years for my rubbish tax to arrive.

Hmm. Well OH might register as an Italian overseas (should he?) but he isn't officially resident in this house where we are anyway. Only I am officlally residente.

I can't see anything on the comune site. OH says it's enough to send a raccomandata. Any advances?

Thanks. I'll look on the comune site. I've heard you have to send a raccomandata letter. I hope this is the case rather than having to go in person.

When I leave will I need to do anything to end my residency? - At the commune maybe. I'm only concerned because of the spazzatura tax I pay. ...But would this end when I end my tenancy agreement,...
