I'm buying a house in Edmonton that my wife hasn't seen. I always did have an appetite for risk! (The house is definitely big enough for one...)

I agree. I am just closing a deal on a house in Edmonton and it has been a very low-stress experience. My offer, once accepted, is legally binding and defines all the dates for removal of conditions,...

Once you have lost enough sales, you may become desperate. By then house prices will have fallen further, and you will be in a weaker position. The longer that goes on, the more likely you are to end...
