Yes, about 8 mins away from my sister. Did you manage to get that land that time?

OH is based in Lorimar Street. My brother in law was lucky enough to get some tickets for the Hawks and Cats match...

We can't afford Blackburn either but its reasonable enough for renting and central enough for OH til we're sure where he's going to end up getting job!

We're looking at a max of 400K for a house to buy. Looks like we'll be up on the mountains ha! I don't mind really its just I don't want my OH spending all day commuting.

Yes, we have three kids. I had heard Glen Waverley was one of the top areas for schools but the property prices there have gone through the roof.

We are aiming to settle in a more affordable area...
