There's an amazing lack of info on KEF online; try searching for a map of it! Neither the airline nor the airport itself offer much of one. As best as I can tell, there's one main 'terminal'...

The sandwich I picked up at SFO was $12, as was the salad I bought. $8-$10 is 'cheap' by airport standards!
