Can't help with the link I'm afraid, but just to say for the sake of anybody else reading in the future that the passport doesn't need to be sent - good quality full colour copy of it is what is...

You could try posting on the forum and seeing if anybody can help you for free? As you can see from the forum we have some very knowledgeable people around, granted they're not lawyers or registered...
